Our client’s reviews on City Tour Pass ticket-booklet
That's a great idea! The drawback is that you have to move around quickly and you need some good weather to enjoy that. We didn't see all the spots available but still saved some money. Thanks. The only trouble is finding a ticket-office in Peterhoff when coming by hydrofoil: we didn't know which office we should use. Put a sticker on it please! Thanks again.
We've been here for two weeks, one week to work and another to relax a little. We were a bit short on money so we chose a City Tour Pass. That's a ticket-booklet with tickets to main attractions of the city. It costs around 3k roubles and includes some museums and excursions (and even hydrofoil to Peterhoff). Thanks God the weather was great and Peterhoff was fantastic. Allthough we had a great trip, the validity period of City Tour Pass is not that satisfying: it is 3 days only. Anyway we saved a big amount of money. We took some bus riding - this was awesome, hydrofoil is even better as I mentioned above, and we also went to a boat trip. The next day was warm again so we visited Hermitage, Russian museum, Kunstkamera, Savior-on-Spilt-Blood and St. Isaac's Cathedral. if we were younger we would do more museums, but that was quite enough for us. The best thing about this booklet is delivery: they bring it right to your hotel and you don't need to go anywhere to get it. Attractions included are also great. The only trouble is a short period of time you can use tickets. That's our trip. We definitely come back another year to visit some more museums, they are unbeliavable.
This booklet is a bargain. Me, my wife and granddaughter managed to visit Peterhoff, Peter-and-Paul's Fortress, Hermitage, St. Isaac's cathedral, Savior-on-Spilt-Blood. We also took a boat tour and a hydrofoil to Peterhoff. We wanted to take a bus tour but we found out that boat tour staff tore them off by mistake. We noticed it in the last hours of our trip and had no chance to solve this problem. The thing you definitely need in City Tour Pass is better ticket-office location explanations. Just mark them on a map somewhere in your booklet, that's especially necessary on Dvortsovaya. We just didn't guess to see the ticket's back side. Hermitage guards made us running in circles, but finally of them sent us to Millionnaya street to the second entrance. Hermitage could have opened a main entrance ticket-office for people with City Tour Pass like other museums do to stop people running around the building.
